INCEPTION
The vision for WEB0, Intentcasting, and Personal Agentic Networks was conceptualized. Born upon inspiration and a desire to see a more equitable, and safer digital future for all. Deep research began.
EXPLORATION
The Balnce ecosystem core concepts, assumptions and research congeal into architecture, novel combinations, technical components, and the product’s purpose. We need to make sure we’re building the right thing at the right time.
NEP WHITEPAPER
The Neural Engine Protocol (NEP) is the living nervous system for your digital self. Your entire collection of devices, AIs, and data—your Personal Agentic Network—forms a cohesive digital body (a World Model), and the NEP is the intelligent force that animates it, allowing it to securely act, learn, and create on your behalf.
CONCEPT STAGE
Tinkering and proof of concepts reveal validation of the hypothesis. We’re laying the foundation, understanding technical clarity, refining market needs and confirming demand. The acceleration of AI means we need to capture the wave at the right moment in time.
DEVELOPMENT
A core team of visionary engineers is assembled to begin building the foundational infrastructure of the Balnce AI ecosystem. Engaging the community with and championing the "Internet of Agents”.
PREPARATION
The first testnet version of the Balnce Network was deployed. Our first website was launched, and the waitlist was opened up to early adopters. Human and agent identity systems created.
ACCELERATION
The Balnce AI app is being released in a public beta to a wider audience for testing, feedback, and community building in partnership with University of California Irvine Capstone Program.

Dillon is the founding engineer and architect of Balnce AI. A seasoned and passionate technologist with experience building large, scalable, and secure systems used by millions of users and processing billions in transactions, he is now focused on fostering wellbeing through a more trustworthy web.
